I have used MemberCentral for 3 years, and I can say it is just getting better with time. The staff at MemberCentral will work closely with your team to identify all yours association's need and leave the system as customized (or not) that you need. System filly integrated with listserver, website and app, all of which were MemberCentral hosted. Customer service is superb. Never had a single poor interaction with anyone on the team. My only hitch is that the reporting system can be tricky to grasp and making adjustments to subscriptions (such as committees) can involve a call to support.
