I am a fairly new user to NOAH having used Affiniscape, Your Membership, Weblink, DonorPerfect and Raisers Edge software. This is by far the worst I've used. It's really an accounting system its great for managing money, invoices and event registration but has no ability to measure engagement and information is almost impossible to get out of it. Most of the customer service people aren't even familiar enough with the system to help. Trying to write a library card to pull information could take at least 4 hours.
