The new email templates and writing are an improvement and as a whole, does what it needs to.  Except when it doesn't.  A week prior to our largest conference, it was erroring out literally every 2 clicks on us.  A month after we purchased a financial integration piece, it was no longer avaiable and we didn't see any refunds, during a nation wide pandeic when we needed to communicate to our membership that is highly effected...it would error out, not allow email drafting/communication or even let us sign in.  You can expect that on a daily basis, you will have issues and that is the most reliable thing about it.
