While MemberSuite has a high level of level of ability for cutomizations, it also has a large margin for pulling reports riddled with errors and unreliability among other major glitches. We believe that MemberSuite could become a industry-leader in AMS's in the next 10 years but is still too early in it's infancy to output the kind of product that we could in conscience recommend. Their customer service department rarely answers the phones and, when they do, can rarely resolve support tickets. The reports that are pulled are seldom reliable with consistent data, and if turtles were AMS's they would beat MemberSuite to the finish line every time...the speed of the system leaves a lot to be deisred. If you are considering using this product and have the patience of a saint then by all means...best of luck to you!
