MemberSuite's staff is top notch and responds to questions and issues in a very timely manner. We are never left hanging without an answer. Once you have spent some time in the system, it is manageable, but I did not find it to be user friendly in the beginning (especially running searches or reports). The system is customizable, but that customization comes at a high price, higher than we are willing to pay. The system has been great for convention and event registrations as well as for individual memberships.
