While the setup and implementation process went fairly well, it quickly became apparent that this product is better suited for individual membership organizations, and they have band-aid fixes to make it work for corporate memberships. Our members are very frustrated with our inability to designate AP contacts. As time goes on (we launched Nov 2018) we get more and more individual contacts being imported into our Quickbooks software, and it is messy having invoices spread over organizations and individuals in both MemberClicks and accounting.
