The AMS is updated four times a year at no extra cost, and you are provided a full year of support during your first year. A complete API integrates with your CMS, and we have taken advantage of that integration to provide custom member service solutions. The vendor offers an opportunity for all clients to provide feedback on future updates. Free Q&A sessions are available every month, allowing both veteran staff and new users to ask questions about the product. Entering our third year, we are happy with the value and future of the platform moving forward. Client satisfaction is a priority. When in-person meetings were not possible, they stepped in almost immediately and provided a virtual meeting solution.
