Altai System's CRM platform is easy to use, highly customizable, and makes it easy to create new revenue models. Service is one area where Altai really shines. We have the ability to directly connect with our project manager Gini, or even one of the main partners, Mike Frye. The business operates to serve its clients and help them solve problems. We always feel like we are very important clients, not just a faceless client.
