NGA has been using Netforum Pro for several years now.  It is fairly user friendly.  The CRM and Events modules are easy to use and navigate.  It is cloud based, which is mandatory for my company.  There are a few things we think it does great; handles our membership, which is tiered, we have parent companies and others tied to the parent receives benefits.  Our events have tier pricing, which it handles well.  It tracks emails for Committees, handles Committees, etc.

There are a few things we wish it could do better, accounting features handling accruals and deferrals.  Wish the event confirmation page would add a calendar invite.  We also wish they had better support.  I like you can contact them either by phone for web chat, but some times you do not reach the most knowledgeable person on the team.

All said, Netforum Pro is a decent AMS.
