Avectra - Too Many Problems

We went to Avectra after our old AMS was bought out. Its more expensive then our last system but we are using twice as many work arounds with and end product thats not nearly as good.Its not compatible with most major browsers and its website and accounting have major issues. In short nothing really works. Implementation was difficult. Our account manager often didn't understand our questions or didn't know the answers. Customer service has likewise been no help. The answer to every problem is 'we will send it to development' and then we never hear from them again.
