Our organization implemented Timberlake in March of 2013. It has been a nightmare. The customer service is spotty and several of our main issues have never been resolved. It hasn't worked for our members or our association staff. At times, data that has been painstakingly entered has disappeared without explanation---causing our staff to have to re-enter several times. With only 5 people on staff, this is a tremendous inconvenience. We are looking into other AMS options.
