It is harder to use NetFORUM Pro than it is easy. While I love to use it for CRM, it is not an effective communication and event management tool. Some aspects are user-friendly, but most of the system requires a lot of steps. Their customer service is okay on response time but none of our issues have ever been resolved. It is a very limited, out-dated software.
