Our association switched to Membee a year ago and their system is so much better than our last AMS. I love how Membee easily manages "parent/child" relationships, addresses (do not need to type the same address in more than once), membership billing and meeting management. It's great to see a total of how much money a member has paid to our association and for what. Very beneficial if a member is thinking of not renewing. Some features in Membee can be technical, however there are plenty of tutorials on their website (it can be a bit cumbersome at times to find an answer). If you need assistance, their online chat is very responsive. You can talk to support too, but it can take a day for a response unless it's urgent. I reviewed several AMS solutions before deciding on Membee. You can't beat the functionality for the price. If it I had it to do over again, I would still choose Membee.
