I am new to the GrowthZone system and when had a question about how to generate a report, a rep created a video just for me. How do I know it was just for me? They used our associations system in the video. It wasn't a generic video or showing another association with half the info blurred out, it was our exactly as I see it when I log in. I've dealt with various companies over the years in my business but have not seen customer support like this. Top notch!!
