When it comes to AMS's, I go by the 80/20 rule. Every AMS will do about 80% of what you need. You need to make sure that your 80% is as much of your daily work functions I you need. We have been on NetForum since 2008 and really love it. Is it perfect? No. But we have ventured looking at other AMS systems and their 20% issues were always greater than the 20% we had to deal with in NetForum. Their system is easy to use in querying data, sending merge docs to groups, overall management of data. We have over 80% of our members engaged in programs and NetForum has helped us track our key activity to send target messaging to maximize member involvement.
