to collet data and keep it in one place is fine - and the add on tools for fundreaisng are good too, but as an AMS trying to keep all the data needed to maintain a 20,000 strong membership base - the system falls over.  RE is clunky at best and downright unfriendly at best. I would think it would be a good add on to an existing AMS - or as a straight fundraising tool, but on its w=own it fails to deliver - and as a previous reviewer said - you takes a lot of training to understand where this program is coming from.
