We had been on Microsoft CRM previously, but it wasn't doing everything we needed it to. That system could do the data pieces well, but it couldn't do the AMS pieces well. ACGI gave us the opportunity to have one tool for so many areas. There's so much flexibility with the system from ACGI we don't have to customize anything- it's all through configurations. Prior to the use of Association Anywhere, it used to take us 3-6 weeks to gear up for the invoicing process; now it's a one day process. We're also saving staff a huge amount of time now by being able to process online payments.
