My organization has been on this platform for around three years and it has been an uphill battle throughout. The customer service leaves much to be desired, as it can take up to a week to add a new staff member as an admin to use the system. When submitting a ticket for a new request, the testing portion is incredibly frustrating, as they will ask you to go in and review/test and you're getting error messages. It's as though they haven't taken the time to test their own work.
