The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.
Our organization use a system called APEX which is similar to IMIS, it is a custom system built by our i.t. company. They have a fairly small client base. Although APEX met our needs initially we have outgrown the system, and find it cumbersome to update and customize. It is also getting costly.
