This system was fairly good when we first implemented it and has a lot of nice modules to add on for conference registration, proposal submissions, etc. The AMS and CMS integration is very nice. It is highly customized, which makes training users difficult, especially if there are staff changes. The size of AMP means the customer service is very good and the people are attentive. However, timeliness is an issue and things often aren't completed at deadline. The system is fairly rudimentary and will work for small groups very nicely.
