MemberClicks has proven to be a reliable AMS platform and the customer service team has been extremely helpful time after time, but our association has experienced growing pains as we've moved into additional service areas. E-commerce, for example, is limited. Items that can be purchased, fulfilled and billed internally are okay, but we haven't found a way to offer products that are fulfilled by external partners. Customization is also a problem. Another limitation we've experienced is the online community forum.
