We have had an OK experience with MemberClicks. Their customer service is hit-and-miss; you can tell when you get someone who knows what they're talking about and when you get one who doesn't have a clue, which is particularly frustrating. Their features are very basic and, overall, it's just not working for us. Having said that, if you are a small association with basic needs, MemberClicks might work for you. However, I caution you to really do your homework and make sure it will meet all your needs before going with them.
