The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.
This system is used by REALTOR associations. It can take quite a while to learn and master. Although there are other alternative systems, many of my colleagues have come back to using this one.
I've used Rapattoni Net Magic and not been impressed. As the CFO of the association I was very much concerned with the quality of financial information I could report on as well as how payments and credits were applied and used. I never was able to satisfy myself with a solid auditable financial report from the system. Each month, my bookkeepers spent time reconciling payments, cancelations and open invoices to determine what revenue we took in and who still owed money.
