It's not an intuitive system, administrators do need training, but end users (members) do not need training. It has everything I need in one database - membership, meeting registration, abstract submission. It's very customizable - you can use meeting registration as a survey, you can send PURLs out to members for renewals, you can use the abstract submission function for award applications, etc. It will hold a lot of details on people for you. I've used it for six years.
