We have been deploying and integrating the NetFORUM Pro application for four years now. Overall, it provides a ton of functionality for its typical price point. And it has the majority of features that any small to mid-size association will need. However, it does not offer the ability to do deep integration with other applications and the customer support group does not seem to be able to keep up with the support questions/demands of the large number of clients. If you know this going in and you align yourself with other customers or with the help of a consultant, you can get a lot of value of this AMS.
