The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

It's fine, but I wish it was better.

We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. It covers the basics and, all in all, does a fine job. We still spend far more time than I would like doing manual updates to records. For example, whenever a member renews, the system will automatically update their expiration date, but not their current join date (the date that marks the beginning of their cycle). We have to manually update that on all member's records. We have developed some workarounds for these issues, but they tend to be complicated and fussy.
