Short version is that Membersuite has a lot of features that we don't use either because they are half baked or better done in another system. Sometimes I just cant tell if we are using the system wrong or the system is just not good. It is ok at the basics but I have had a hard time wrapping my brain around how Membersuite looks at things. It seems like its designed by a software engineer and not a person who actually manages an association and works day in and day out in the software. They have recently been adding a lot of management staff and seem to be committed to smoothing out some of the issues, I just cant tell if they are ever going to be able to get there. If Membersuite's logic clicks for you, then you will probably really like it. If the logic evades you like it does me, then you will struggle.
