The product overall is good and suits our need since we have customization on membership and accounting. However, it's using person account, which is main obstacle for us to integrate with other apps on SF.
The transition between implantation team and support team is a little lacking . In quite a few cases , we the client has to update the support team what's going on and how the system was set up in order for them to understand the provide the support. Documentations are also not quite complete.
