act! decided to cut our "perpetual" license with virtually no warning. Other than that, the system is a basic CRM that does not connect to anything. You cannot customize it beyond adding custom data types (columns). There's a little too many menus and buttons without much explanation, but overtime you grasp the basics quite easily. For an association that is very small and just needs a very simple contacts management system, this may work. But do not expect this system to address any modern-day customer/member relationship needs.
