I work for a financial trade association and have used Memex since 2009. We are a small staff and a low budget option was important to us when we choose this solution. There are no upgrades, new features etc. We have had one contact at the company since the beginning and rarely speak to anyone else. Our one contact does respond quickly and efficiently to questions but the small nature of the business could be concerning. We use Memex as a member database with some workarounds to take contact notes, pull certain reports etc.
