Have not been impressed with MemberCast -- which is an add on to Microsoft Dynamics.
Regularly wait a week or more for support responses.
Requires a strong technical in-house administrator or $$$ for configurations.
Not for small staff/small org.
Can see potential with stronger support and a team that understands association management.
Now under RSM's technology services. Associations are not their primary client base.
Note: We are not using the system to capacity for various reasons including costs, implementation issues and third-party contracts.
