Aptify

Customer Service: I've been very pleased with the system itself, the support network, and the user community! We've found support and client services to be responsive and proactive in making sure we have what we need as an organization. Each individual I've interacted with at Aptify, whether it be a member of management, R&D, client services, or support, all have passion for the product and work they do.

Aptify is a great AMS. It has lots of capabailities and the company is great to work with.

Aptify is a pretty good AMS.  It is very customizable and can intergrate with different CMS and ecommerce system via the API.

Aptify is a great AMS system for small non-profits, especially those in the human services or association industries.  It's not super fancy but it gets the job done.  Once an organization starts to grow, there are some pain points around customization though Aptify's customer support is great in helping with this.  I wouldn't recommend this for anyone looking to highly customize their experience or do a ton of integrations with other platforms.
