Timberlake offers a robust and affordable membership management software, in tandem with website support. Their personal sales pitch and the fact that they dedicate a single, consistent personal trainer to assist through transition. My organization has a very complicated membership and dues structure, and AMS is up to the task. I am sorry that Timberlake doesn't support listservs and if your organization is as complicated as ours, the time commitment for the transition has exceeded projections, but we are convinced that Timberlake was the right vendor for our needs.
