123 signup seems reminds me of the consultant that hit their stride in 1985. It works, but is missing the vision that is needed to really connect with tech savvy users. The event registration process is extremely clunky, which is a problem in the age of Eventbright. The membership side seems to be an "oh yeah, we do that too ... somewhere in here." As a purely transactional database, it's great, but moving beyond that, not so much.
