We have been using MemberSuite for about 1 1/2 years. Like any major change in operating systems (AMS); you can expect some bumpy roads. It took a while for us to get into a position where we were working well with MemberSuite's customer support. Once that was resolved, we have been moving through all of our questions and concerns by having weekly meeting with our customer service representative. MemberSuite seems to be making some big changes in overall structure and usability. We look forward to continuing on this path with MemberSuite.
