Abila's Netforum Enterprise AMS is antiquated and extremely difficult to integrate with other systems. Abila charges you $200 per month for each integration as well which quickly raises the monthly cost of the system by upwards of 30%. The system is outdated and tries to do everything. In the end it doesn't do anything well. The AMS model is antiquated as well. I strongly recommend looking at Salesforce.com and MSFT Dynamics CRM as your CRM solution with AMS bolt-on modules (like Fonteva or Nimble AMS). This is the way the software world is going. Run from Abila. Run fast. We are on the 2013 build of Netforum with very few customizations. If you customize you will be stuck and upgrading to newer versions will be laborious.
