Avectra (Abila) good for basics, but not so much for growth/development

We have used Avectra (Pro version) for just about 7 years now. Initially Avectra did meet our basic needs. However, our organization has grown and developed and Avectra has not evolved in line with our growth. We're a small non-profit and not able to go the customizable route with Avectra so we're limited to what the Pro version can do. If you need something for basic data keeping this is fine, but if you want to add programs, develop new ideas, etc that may depend on the AMS, Avectra may not be for you unless you're willing to go the custom route (much higher cost!). Happy to discuss specifics if anyone has questions.
