As an association of 15,000 individual members, we switched from another AMS system to Avectra Netforum Pro four years ago and have regretted it ever since. The system cannot do simple things like count the number of people signed up for a workshop correctly, much less meet the demands of a busy association. Support is completely non-existent as their techs ignore your pleas for help. We were hopeful things would be better once Avectra was purchased by Abila, and we have seen some very minor improvements. But overall, the product is a huge mess. On a positive note, we also have Avectra's Community package and absolutely love it. It works well and has kept our members engaged and happy.
