We have been increasingly dissatisfied with NetForum Pro. We have seen very few upgrades in functionality, and are most frustrated by the fact that the software contains so many bugs that are not being resolved in a timely manner. One particular issue, resulting in some individuals being charged the incorrect registration fee based on their member/non-member status, has been an ongoing issue for 4 years. Tech support often offers Ãwork-aroundsà for some features that are not functioning properly, but many core issues remain unresolved.
