System can do most anything you want it to...trouble is knowing what you want it to do and staying on top of process. System is not very intuitive and staff training is a challenge. For true success, the organization needs to have clearly defined policies and procedures and be disciplined.

Thanks for the feedback.   We want a thumbs up experience so…

  1. We have a customer excellence team that will correct any issue you have without charge. Call me and I’ll get this fixed or revamped ASAP.  I’m a phone call away. (I can’t call you because we have no idea who this is.)
  2. We have spent countless hours making our system easier. With the new Microsoft interface our system is even easier. What is your job, how do you use the system? Let me know, work with me and I’ll turn that 5 clicks into 2 clicks and a thumbs up!

I am sure we can make you as happy as the other clients below, but it starts with some communication.  Help me help you.  Please call me.

Via ReviewMyAMS we have offered to send a free customer excellence team to this client but have had ZERO response in 8 + months.  We have reached out to all our clients and we cannot located this client. Our offer to remedy these issues still stands.

The new Microsoft UI is much easier to use.  Please let us show it you and configure it.
