When our organization selected Nimble as the AMS, they were hoping to also use the Salesforce Enterprise platform as a CRM, fundraising and development tool, and business operations where they can track leads and opportunities. However, Nimble had limitations due the person account model. Currently, we only using Nimble as the AMS and other programs in the organization are forced to use excel and access to manage functions that could be handled by Salesforce. Customizing Nimble or our Salesforce environment has been difficult because the system is locked down. Also, they charge clients for every small enhancement that should really be part of the product development.
