Our small organization signed up for CitySoft / Community Enterprise's Donation Program. We thought it was going to be perfect for us and fit within our budget. We thought it was going to integrate our membership, event registration, email distribution and lists, and webhosting under one umbrella. Well, it wasn't very expensive but it has been a nightmare. After years of trying to make it work, we now are using a separate event registration system and have started to use Constant Contact for some communication. Everything is very buggy. And, upgrades are made all the time but our experience has been that they interfere with functions that were working fine rather than improve the product. New features are added but they are never what we want. I would not recommend it.
