We used a system, CLS, from CoolLife Systems. We changed from Sales Force to CLS and the transition went extremely smooth. CLS was responsive to all of our needs and requests during the implementation phase. As we found things we wanted to have, they were more than willing to do the work to make it happen. They now have version 4.0 out, and most all of the recommendations we made have been included in the newest version. The customer service is excellent, and they are always willing to work with you on any issue. I would highly recommend them to any association, and especially small staff associations who do not have programmers on staff or full time IT people.
