Cobalt has done an admirable job of building an AMS on top of Dynamics CRM. The value add is the robust customer service layer that Cobalt brings to the table. Their team is very knowledgeable and responsive. I've implemented a number of AMS solutions as a consultant and find this product to be a solid choice based on functionality, support, and stability of the company.
