Comprehensive AMS with Customization and Excellent Support
I've been through four AMS upgrades during my time with the Urgent Care Association, and Cobalt’s Engagement Dynamics has been the most efficient and flexible system we've used. With our previous AMS platforms, like YourMembership and NOAH, we had to rely heavily on support for any small changes or issues. However, with Cobalt, thanks to their in-depth training and the customizable nature of the system, we rarely need to reach out for support anymore.
One of the standout features of Cobalt is its ability to track Account/Individual Membership, Certification, and Accreditation data all in one system. Finding a vendor that can handle all three without requiring an expensive, rigid, custom solution is rare. Cobalt’s out-of-the-box product met most of our needs, saving us time and money during the implementation.
There were a few features missing when we first signed on, but Cobalt was responsive to our feedback and incorporated those features into a future release. For example, the addition of the universal cart has been a great enhancement for our users, allowing them to easily add event registrations, membership applications, and more, with appropriate pricing for members and nonmembers.
The integration with Microsoft products like Outlook and Teams is seamless, and we’ve really taken advantage of this. It’s so helpful to see historic communication, notes, and emails tagged to a Contact or Account to get the full context of our customer relationship. We've also benefited from small but important features, like the ability to update multiple records at once and send checkout links that do not require a login for someone to pay for that cart or order. It may seem minor, but it has made a big difference in our daily operations and productivity. Overall, Cobalt has provided a robust, adaptable system backed by excellent support.
