We've had a very difficult time with Crescerecne. It will complete the basic functions of storing member information but imports have to be done manually and email abilities are near zero. We have had multiple emails hung up in the system for weeks on end without support staff being able to fix it. The support staff clearly tries to accommodate user needs but the system cannot keep up with a growing organization while troubleshooting the constant issues.
