The product is a decent product with relatively good customer service, but they over promised on what the product could do and they over promised on what they could program as far as customization goes. The training was completely ruined because they didn't check on the connectivity issues that we had reported prior to trying to train us, and then they sent someone who was one of the worst teachers I've ever seen. We ended up having to train ourselves. Basically, unless you want to use their program straight "out of the box", don't use them.
