Protech's "UX Online" product is an AMS plugin for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365. It's well built, and well tested, with an impressive list of features and benefits most membership organizations need.

This robust offering comes with a correspondingly robust pricetag, as does any customizations you need Protech to make on your behalf. Of the few things the system can't do out of the box, Protech is very organized and detailed about gathering requirements, and truly doing things the right way to make the system work for you. This can be frustrating for smaller organizations, with small budgets, who are accustomed to the agility they possess, or the flexibility of working with smaller or less organized vendors. Bottom line is, it works really well if you embrace it, train your staff on it, and can afford it.
