We have been an I4A user for several years. Over the past year or so they have been launching upgrades that are buggy and unreliable. They plan these upgrades without asking what features customers would like and often address areas that are not our primary concerns. Their support has been excellent in trying to resolve issues, but the overall direction of the platform seems to be downward.
