I inherited this CRM when I started at my current association. It's more for tracking leads NOT having accounts and account history. The price is very attractive at first, but anything beyond the basic customization of tables requires that you purchase an additional add-on to do. I am all for being "creative" and having to "gerry rig" solutions when there is no money to be had, but this is TRULY a penny rich pound foolish decision for any Association or AMC to go.
